Roof Coating Acrylic

This roof system comes with a 20 Year Manufacturer Warranty and 10 Labor Warranty.

Pressure wash entire roof and allow 24hrs. dry time.
Install ASC (American Standard Coatings) Primer Coat to entire flat roof.
Tighten all screws and replace missing screws.
Install Elastomeric Mastic at Corners, Pipe Penetrations, Screws and Metal Seams.
Install ASC (American Silicone Coatings) Acrylic Coating on entire roof. (20 year warranty application)
Haul away related debris.

Roof Coating NaturaSeal

Pressure wash entire roof prepare roof for coating.
Install Natura Seal NovaSet NS=DTM Primer Coat to entire flat roof.
Install Natura Seal NovaSet ISW Patch Grade at all Corners, Pipe Penetrations.
Install Natura Seal NovaSet R250 ISW Coating on entire roof. (20-year warranty application)
Haul away related debris.

Roof Coating over Metal Roof

Metal Surface Prep: Inspect for loose screws and tighten or replace with new screws.
Wire brush any oxidized or rusted areas.
Pressure wash entire roof area.
Use Tropical Fibered Enternamastic roof mastic #951 to seal any holes, cracks, pipes screw heads and penetrations.
Primer coat: Spray entire roof surface with Tropical Eternalastic Metal Primer #960
2 Coat Finish: Spray two coats of Tropical Eternalastic Roof Coating #911 to entire roof surface.

Roof Coating: 2 Coat Silicone System

Prep. and clean roof deck. (Pressure wash)
Install 1 coat at 1 gallons per square of ACS-SP (American Standard Coatings-Silicone Primer) Coating to entire roof deck.
Seal with ASC-SM (American Standard Coatings- Silicone Mastic) at all A/C units, pipe penetrations, cracked areas and corners.
Install 1 coat at 2.5 gallons per square of ASC-S (American Standard Coatings-Silicon) Coating to roof entire deck.
Haul away all roof related debris.

NaturaSeal Roof Coating Application

Thoroughly pressure wash the roof surface and allow it to dry for 24 hours completely.
Apply ASC Primer. Inspect, tighten, or replace all fasteners as necessary and seal with Elastomeric Mastic.
Apply ASC Acrylic Coating as per manufacturer specifications.
Conduct site cleanup upon completion.

Metal Roof Coating Application

Inspect, tighten, or replace all fasteners. Remove surface rust via wire brushing. Perform a high-pressure wash of the roof.
Seal all seams and penetrations with Tropical Fibered Mastic. Prime with Tropical Eternalastic Metal Primer and apply two coats of Tropical Eternalastic Roof Coating.

Two-Coat Silicone System Application

Conduct a thorough pressure wash and cleaning of the roof deck.
Apply ACS-SP Primer, seal with ASC-SM, and apply ASC-S Coating according to specifications.
Execute a complete site cleanup.

Provides a 15-Year Manufacturer Warranty and a 10-Year Labor Warranty.
